Hello

I recently graduated in June 2024 from Queen’s University with a BA (Hons) in Music Performance. I completed Grade 8 Musical Theatre in September 2021 with a Distinction through the London College of Music and I completed Grade 8 Classical Singing with a Distinction in June 2021 through ABRSM. I bring a lifelong passion for music and performance to my role as a singing teacher. Having been performing since the age of five in musicals and shows, I have developed a deep understanding of vocal technique and stage presence.

 

My extensive experience in live performance, combined with my academic training, equips me with the skills to guide and inspire students of all ages. I am dedicated to helping aspiring singers develop their unique voices and achieve their musical goals. As a performer, I have had the privilege of taking on diverse roles in musical theatre productions, such as: Roz in ‘9 to 5’, Dragon in ‘Shrek’, Rusty in ‘Footloose’, Audrey 2 in ‘Little Shop of Horrors’, Preacher in ‘Bonnie and Clyde’, Martha in ‘Spring Awakening’, Nancy in ‘Oliver’, Che in ’Evita’, and Genie in ‘Aladdin The Pantomime’. I’ve also performed on some of the most prestigious stages in Belfast, including The Grand Opera House, The Waterfront Hall, The Ulster Hall, The Mac, and The Mandela Hall.

 

These experiences have not only shaped me as a performer but also given me the tools to guide my students toward excellence. Every voice is unique, and I believe in tailoring my lessons to meet the specific needs of each student. My teaching approach focuses on building a strong technical foundation while fostering confidence, creativity, and individuality. I offer lessons for singers of all levels, with expertise in Musical Theatre, Classical Singing, and Pop & Rock. My lessons include training in vocal technique, performance skills, audition preparation, and stage presence.
