Once your payment is complete, you will receive an email with a link to an online form. This form will collect important details to ensure your learning experience is personalised to your needs and conducted in a safe environment.
It is your responsibility to complete and submit the form before attending the classes. You will be able to attend the class ONLY AFTER the form has been submitted.

Student absences in group lessons are not refundable and replacement lessons cannot be offered.
Lessons cancelled by our teachers or Enact Music will be re-arranged for an alternative date, and students who are unable to attend the rescheduled class will be fully refunded for the missed lesson.
