Celebrating 10 Years of Enact Music: Free Events, Summer Fun & Exam Support!

We are thrilled to be celebrating 10 years of Enact Music this May! To mark this milestone, we are offering a series of free events and new classes to support music learners of all ages, with a focus on performance and exam preparation.

All events and classes will take place at our new premises:Unit 15, McKibbin House, Eastbank Road, BT8 8BD.

Booking is essential, including for free events, to help us manage space, resources, and staffing effectively.

🎉 Student Disco Parties (FREE)

Date: Saturday, 3 May 2025

Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes (three time slots available)

Celebrate with face painting, musical games, and a disco!

Free of charge, but places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

💃 Parents’ Celebration Event (FREE)

Date: Saturday, 10 May 2025

Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes (three time slots available)

A fun and relaxed session just for you—enjoy singing, light movement, and dancing as we say thank you for your continued support. Booking required due to limited space.

🎧 ABRSM Aural Test Preparation (Grades 1–5)

Starts: May 2025 (for June 2025 exams)

Options:

Thursdays at 6:30 pm
Fridays at 4:15 pm
Saturdays at 1:00 pm

A focused 8-week course (30 minutes per session) for just £6 per class. Designed to strengthen the aural skills often overlooked in exam prep. Highly recommended for students sitting ABRSM exams in June.

🎶 Monthly Performance Events (Children & Adults)

First Sunday of each month starting Sunday, 4 May 2025

(Excludes July, August, and January)

Booking required for performers and audience members.

Adults – Let’s Perform Music (1:00 pm)

A relaxed, welcoming space for adult musicians of all instruments and levels—no need to be an Enact Music student. For parents who also play or are learning music, this is a great opportunity to inspire your own children by participating and showcasing your learning and music.

Children & Young People – Let’s Perform Music (3:30 pm)

An encouraging space for young performers to build confidence and prepare for exams. Open to all children and teens - No need to be an Enact Music student.
