Hello
I am a Piano, Music Theory, Saxophone and Music Technology Teacher
My Story
I started my musical journey at six, studying piano and theory and then saxophone. These early experiences ignited my passion for music and led me to start composing songs and instrumental tracks at the age of 13. I then pursued a B.A. in Music and Music Technology at New York University.
Around the same time, I began teaching piano and music theory, discovering a passion for guiding others on their musical paths. After university I worked as a freelance music production and songwriting teacher, helping students explore their creativity.
Recently I finished a Ph.D. at Queen’s, focusing on how music and VR technology can support individuals with dementia. In both my research and teaching, I believe in fostering self-discovery, giving students the freedom to explore and embrace the adventurous spirit of music. This philosophy is central to my goal to empower others and push the boundaries of how music can transform lives.
