Online Music Lesson

From March 2024

Terms and Conditions
  • The cost per student per week is £130, inclusive of VAT.

  • We're pleased to offer a 10% discount for a second sibling and a 20% discount for a third sibling, applicable for weekly bookings only.

  • For those interested in booking specific days rather than the full week, the cost per child per day is £35.

  • Should you require earlier or later drop-off or pick-up times, additional fees of £5 per hour per family will apply. However, we are unable to cater for drop off earlier than 7.45 am and pick up later than 5.15 pm.

  • Each week, we can only accommodate a maximum of 20 students. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, secured only upon full advance payment. To ensure your spot and avoid disappointment, we recommend early booking and payment.

  • Please note that refunds will only be issued if Enact Music cancels the scheme due to unforeseen circumstances. As we incur costs associated with planning and execution, and require a minimum number of students for cost-effectiveness, we appreciate your understanding.

  • A minimum of 12 participants per week is necessary for the planned activities to proceed. If we do not receive enough bookings, we will notify you by June 8th and refund any prepaid fees.

  • Enact Music will not be held responsible for the loss of money, valuables, or personal property, including tablets, laptops, headphones, or musical instruments.

  • Any changes to the designated person for child pick-up must be communicated to Enact Music promptly using the contact information provided on our website.

  • Participants are expected to adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by Enact Music staff. This includes proper handling of instruments, following instructions during activities, and respecting fellow participants and staff.

  • Parents/guardians must provide emergency contact information and any relevant medical details for their child. Enact Music staff will follow established procedures in case of emergencies and will notify parents/guardians immediately.

  • Participants are expected to demonstrate respectful and cooperative behaviour towards staff and fellow participants. Enact Music reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or poses a safety risk to others, with no refund or prepaid money issued.

  • Enact Music may photograph or record participants during activities for promotional purposes. Parents/guardians who do not wish for their child to be photographed or recorded must inform Enact Music in writing prior to the start of the programme.

  • Participants are expected to abide by Enact Music's code of conduct, which promotes inclusivity, respect, and positive engagement with others. Any violations of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the programme.

  • Enact Music welcomes feedback from participants and parents/guardians to continuously improve the programme. Participants and parents/guardians are encouraged to communicate any concerns or suggestions to Enact Music staff, or contact Enact Music Director directly using the email: Liliansimones@en-actmusic.com or phone number: 07504 548135
